Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ahmed Lang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abelard Jegou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Abelard Jegou looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lang wants to clinch up but Jegou keeps it at a distance.
Jegou lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Lang tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jegou defends well and Lang ends up having to push Jegou into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Jegou goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Jegou fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lang, pushing him back against the cage.
Jegou tries a body shot but Lang blocks it.
Jegou is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Lang to keep the fight standing.
Jegou keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Lang's efforts to push away.

Jegou jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lang walks away with a smile on his face. Jegou gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jegou shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lang as he avoids it easily.

Jegou tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lang manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Lang leaves Jegou with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Lang half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Jegou looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Lang clinches up with Jegou and pushes him back against the cage.

Lang's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lang blocks a head kick by Jegou.
Jegou shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lang sprawls well. Lang wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jegou gets slowly back to his feet.

Jegou closes the distance and clinches up with Lang, looking for a takedown. Jegou pushes Lang against the cage but Lang circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Lang has hold of one of Jegou's legs. Jegou is fighting the takedown attempt but Lang gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Lang lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Lang slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Lang tries to free his leg and advance position but Jegou is retaining full guard.

Lang tries to close the distance and clinch but Jegou swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jegou tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Jegou jumps guard but Lang turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
