The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reiki lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Elson has managed to clinch.
Elson tries to pull guard but Reiki won't allow it.

Elson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Elson throws out a leg kick but Reiki moves out of range and Elson only half commits.

Reiki lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Elson moves into the clinch.
Reiki stops a takedown attempt from Elson.
Elson swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Elson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Reiki but Reiki pushes him off and we're back to square one.

The crowd cheers as Reiki lands an impressive looking overhand right. Elson doesn't seem phased though.

Reiki lands a big head kick that sends Elson tumbling to the mat! Reiki takes a step backwards and waves Elson back to his feet - he wants the finish!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Reiki, right into the meat.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Reiki! Elson is out on his feet! Reiki rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Elson is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Elson is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
