Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Victor Gay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Courtney McCudin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Courtney McCudin is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCudin misses with an uppercut.
Gay thinks about countering with a head kick.
McCudin throws a head kick that misses
and Gay counters with a one-two to the body.
McCudin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gay circles away quickly and effectively.

McCudin instigates a clinch.
McCudin blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Gay tries to throw a body punch but McCudin avoids it by throwing Gay back against the cage.
McCudin is looking to control Gay's arms but Gay gets an underhook and turns him. Now McCudin has his back to the cage.

McCudin decides to pull guard.
Gay wants to get up but he can't break McCudin's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McCudin is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Gay really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Gay is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

Gay knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McCudin on the ground.

McCudin slows the pace down in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gay will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

McCudin gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Gay breaks from the clinch.

McCudin throws a body shot but no joy.

Gay gets caught flat footed, as McCudin shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Gay pushes McCudin off and scrambles back to his feet.

McCudin forces Gay back against the cage and clinches.
Gay tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and McCudin avoids it.

McCudin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
McCudin has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

McCudin turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

You can see the frustration on Gay's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

McCudin is looking to take a break and control but Gay is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Gay wants to control but McCudin postures up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Gay throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Gay keeps control of McCudin as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
McCudin tries to break the clinch but Gay is controlling the position.

Gay tries to kick McCudin off in order to stand up. McCudin Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

McCudin decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Gay throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

McCudin rushes Gay and presses him up against the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Gay fails to land.

McCudin has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Gay clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Gay is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake McCudin off. It looks like it's working - McCudin slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Gay displaying calm under pressure there.

Gay drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Gay is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. McCudin looks calm but he's in trouble here. Gay gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. McCudin is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Gay lets go of the hold and McCudin can pop his arm back in it's socket.
