Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between BG Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scoth Maxinos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee throws a shot from downtown. Maxinos moves away and avoids it.

Maxinos shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Maxinos was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Lee is looking to get to half guard.
Lee is trying to stand up.
Maxinos looking to control and managing it successfully.
Maxinos wants to control the pace but Lee is squirming around nicely.
Maxinos might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Lee kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Despite being in the dominant position, Scoth Maxinos just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Maxinos is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

BG Lee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Horrible takedown by Maxinos or perhaps it was just good defense by Lee which made him look bad.

Maxinos tries to close the distance and clinch but Lee swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Maxinos has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Maxinos there as he acknowledges the shot.

Maxinos shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lee pinned against the cage. Lee gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Maxinos doesn't manage to clinch there - Lee circles away.
Lee has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
Lee looks to land a left hand but Maxinos moved out of range nicely.

Maxinos bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Let's hope that Maxinos has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

That was a close second round but I would say that BG Lee will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Maxinos changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lee tries to avoid it but Maxinos manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lee to the ground. Lee escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Maxinos looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lee is fending him off so far but Maxinos persists. Nope, Lee circles away and we're back to standing.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
