Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Edson Gomes and Paulo Santos.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chavo scores with a shot to the body.

Danzig changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Chavo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee asks Danzig politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Danzig prefers to stall for the moment though.
Chavo parries the strikes from Danzig easily there. Danzig is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Chavo to escape.

Danzig might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Danzig lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That was a close second round but I would say that El Chavo will probably get the nod.

El Chavo decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
