The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plouman dives in for a single leg takedown but Yilmaz sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Yilmaz doesn't manage to clinch there - Plouman circles away.
Plouman is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Yilmaz scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Plouman manages to mount him!

Plouman wants to finish this one by submission but Yilmaz is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Plouman.

Plouman has control of Yilmaz's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Yilmaz regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Plouman is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Plouman extends the arm and Yilmaz is forced to tap!
