Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thorhall Armodson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, The Rare!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armodson has taken the fight to the clinch.
Armodson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Armodson gets caught flat footed, as Rare shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Armodson trying to keep a closed guard but Rare is proving a slippery customer.
Rare stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Armodson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Armodson controls Rare momentarily but Rare frees himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rare thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rare drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Rare as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Armodson screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Rare! Nice submission victory there!
