The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stay throws a head kick that misses.
A jab from Sheppards misses.
Stay ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Pat Stay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stay throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sheppards avoids the head kick by Stay.
Stay falls off balance throwing a combination
and Sheppards connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Sheppards throws a shot from downtown. Stay moves away and avoids it.
Stay lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Stay.
