The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Steinhof closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Santos quickly recovers to half guard.
Steinhof working over Santos with some ground and pound. Santos looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Steinhof prevents Santos from standing back up.
Steinhof has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at The Hut - $50. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Steinhof looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Santos with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Santos is rocked!

Steinhof wants to work for an arm triangle but Santos is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Oh Santos is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Steinhof lands a big elbow - Santos is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Steinhof!
