Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raju Armo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Tyco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Raju Armo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tyson Tyco!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Paul Gruel and Josh West.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tyco closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Armo to the mat! Armo manages to get full guard.
Tyco prevents Armo from getting back to his feet.
Tyco controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tyco stopping the sweep attempt from Armo.
Tyco won't allow Armo to get back to his feet.
Tyco is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Tyco's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Armo tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Armo wants to stand and escape but Tyco is having none of it.
Armo is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Tyco closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Armo quickly recovers to half guard.
