Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Hate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devon Bailey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Harry Hate has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Harry Hate seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Harry Hate!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Devon Bailey!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hate looks to land a body kick but Bailey moved away.
Bailey is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Hate with a body shot.
Hate swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
It seemed like Bailey was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Hate looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Hate just misses with a punch to the body.
Bailey throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hate.
Hate takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Bailey punishes Hate's body with a nice straight punch.
Bailey connects with a looping right hand.
A lazy body kick from Hate
and Bailey counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Hate takes a shot to the body in his stride.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bailey lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Harry Hate seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bailey rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hate moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hate takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Hate throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Bailey staying out of range there.
Hate throws a jab when Bailey was well out of range.
Hate stalks Bailey and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Bailey's face. Bailey staggers backwards, shaken.
Hate throws a sloppy head kick and Bailey moves out of range easily.

Hate throws out a loose jab but Bailey uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hate throws a head kick but Bailey moves out of range.
Bailey thumps Hate with a low kick.
Bailey looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Bailey avoids the body shot from Hate.

Bailey lands a slapping body shot.
Hate throws a body kick that misses.
Bailey misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hate.
Hate looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Bailey lands a jab to the head.
Bailey closes the distance and clinches.
Bailey gets through Hate's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Bailey misses with a punch on the inside.
Bailey lands a hook to the side of the head.
Hate wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Bailey takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Bailey keeps control of Hate as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Hate tries to circle away but Bailey has him pinned against the cage.

Hate is trying to break the clinch but Bailey is controlling him.
Hate is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Hate wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bailey has him pressed against the cage.
A nice left hand lands by Bailey.
Bailey prevents Hate from breaking the clinch.

Bailey gets through Hate's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Bailey goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Bailey lands a body punch in the clinch.
Bailey is working Hate over against the cage.
Bailey can't find room to land a body shot as Hate controls the action.
Bailey digs a right hand underneath Hate's ribcage. Hate let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Hate is breathing heavily.

Hate is trying to push Bailey away but Bailey has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oh Hate is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Bailey creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Hate's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Hate drops to his knees and Bailey pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
