PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Suchart Chaowanungkarn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pithe Canthropus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chaowanungkarn comes to the cage accompanied by Muay Thai fight music. The crowd seem to be enjoying Canthropus's choice of entrance music: Pizzaman - Trippin' On Sunshine. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 35 - 29 - 3, fighting out of Sydney, Suchart Chaowanungkarn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 37 - 32 - 2, fighting out of London, Pithe Canthropus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
We've been hearing good reports from Chaowanungkarn's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Chaowanungkarn, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
