Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Cain Dos Anos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicklas Porsing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nicklas Porsing will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Dos Anos.
Porsing avoids the body shot from Dos Anos.
Porsing tries to counter with a clinch but Dos Anos shakes him off and moves away.
Porsing tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dos Anos swivels and escapes.
Porsing fails to land with a series of punches.

Dos Anos moves into the clinch.

Dos Anos escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dos Anos lands with a kick to the temple. Porsing shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Porsing tries to clinch there but Dos Anos circles away.

Dos Anos takes a swing at Porsing's ribcage but misses.
Porsing shoots for a double leg takedown but Dos Anos sprawls well. He's pushed Porsing's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Cain Dos Anos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nicklas Porsing.
Porsing misses with a jab, cross combination.
Dos Anos feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Dos Anos lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Dos Anos works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Dos Anos is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Dos Anos wants to lay and pray for a moment but Porsing keeps working.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Dos Anos lands a nice hook to Porsing's body. Porsing takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Porsing is refusing to be controlled, as Dos Anos sits in half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Porsing pulls Dos Anos in close to prevent any damage.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Dos Anos was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Dos Anos! Porsing is out on his feet! Dos Anos rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Porsing is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Porsing is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
