Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Marick Tyne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Split Brown!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyne takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Brown misses with a head kick.
Tyne looking to score a takedown here. Brown is defending well but Tyne drives through and ends up in Brown's guard.
Brown is trying to keep Tyne in close.
Tyne chips away with some ground and pound.
Tyne definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Brown is trying to keep Tyne in close.
Brown wriggles free and stands up.
Tyne shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Brown pinned against the cage. Brown gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Tyne falls off balance throwing a combination
and Brown counters with a body kick.
Tyne shoots in for a double leg but Brown sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Tyne tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Brown defends well and Tyne ends up having to push Brown into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marick Tyne. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Tyne stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Brown.
Brown explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Brown misses with a body kick.

Thud! ouch! good body kick from Brown - that will leave a mark!
Tyne is breathing heavily.
Tyne just misses with a punch to the body.
Brown throws a head kick but Tyne moves out of range.
Brown goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Tyne changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brown tries to avoid it but Tyne manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brown to the ground. Brown escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Split Brown is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Brown lands with a kick to the ribs.
Tyne sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
A big left from Brown misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tyne darts in looking for a takedown but Brown gets double underhooks and turns Tyne into the cage.
Brown throws a powerful right kick. Tyne tried to block low but the kick was high! Tyne was taken right off of his feet! Brown jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Split Brown!
Split Brown seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
