Volkov slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Volkov wants to slow Rambo down by chopping away at his legs.
No joy there for Rambo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Some wild striking there from Volkov.
Volkov throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Rambo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Rambo lands with a right hand.
Rambo lands a nice shot to the body.
Rambo throws the left hand but Volkov avoids the punch easily.
Rambo clinches.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Volkov lands with a right to the head.
Rambo blocks a body shot from Volkov.
Rambo stalling in the clinch but Volkov improves position.
Volkov struggles to land a body shot inside as Rambo controls his hands.
A right hook to the body lands for Volkov.
Rambo throws a punch but it's blocked by Volkov.
Volkov misses with a hook to the ribs.
Volkov makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Volkov can't find room to land a body shot as Rambo controls the action.
Rambo tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Volkov breaks the clinch.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Rambo has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Ruslan Mstislav Volkov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Volkov scores with a jab.
Rambo is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Volkov Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Rambo is out cold, face down on the mat!
