The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Ferreira.
Bradford throws out a leg kick but Ferreira moves out of range and Bradford only half commits.
A jab from Ferreira misses.
Ferreira moves out of range of the leg kick from Bradford.
Virgulino Ferreira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bradford tries a head kick but it misses.
Bradford scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Ferreira tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bradford manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Ferreira missing with a left hand there. Bradford was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Bradford looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Ferreira pulls out of a head kick attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ferreira wants to stay close but Bradford steps back to make room for something. Ferreira seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Bradford and Ferreira drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
