Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eye bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Eye drops down looking for a counter takedown but Mato sprawls and moves away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Laaka Mato is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Eye takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Mato throws the left hand but Eye avoids the punch easily.
Mato connects with a good right hand that stumbles Eye. Eye circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Eye is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Mato's shoulder. That is not cool.

Eye has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Mato should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Eye has tightened it up now! Mato should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
