Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andreas Lowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roki Cuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Sergei Dronov and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lowe shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cuki as he jumps to the side.

Lowe gets caught napping as Cuki dives in and scores a takedown. Lowe manages to retain guard.
Lowe is looking to stand back up but Cuki counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Lowe.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Cuki looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Cuki wants to pass to mount but Lowe is defending the position.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Cuki shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lowe pinned against the cage. Lowe gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Lowe goes for a double leg but Cuki avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Cuki continues to drive forward.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cuki has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Lowe!
Lowe is breathing heavily.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Cuki tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Horrible takedown attempt by Cuki or perhaps it was just good defense by Lowe, which made it look bad.

Lowe is pressed up against the cage. Cuki has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Lowe down to the mat. Lowe avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Lowe moves into the clinch.

Lowe jumps guard but Cuki stands there with Lowe around his waist. Lowe gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Lowe jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Cuki walks away with a smile on his face. Lowe gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Cuki shoots in but Lowe avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Lowe wants to stand but Cuki is controlling his posture from full guard.
Lowe is fighting to break Cuki's control of his arms but Cuki is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Cuki is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Cuki in particular looking to stall.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Cuki has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Lowe's face.

Lowe is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Cuki gets his way!
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Cuki's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Lowe looking very determined here, making life difficult for Cuki.
