Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Holden Ballinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyke Mitchell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mitchell has chosen Ride The Lightning as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tyke Mitchell!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ballinger misses with a hook
and Mitchell counters with a nice uppercut.
Ballinger lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mitchell circles away quickly and effectively.
As Ballinger backs off Mitchell throws a huge counter combo but Ballinger manages to avoid it all.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Mitchell lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Ballinger has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Ballinger and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Mitchell swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Ballinger throws a hook but Mitchell avoids it easily.
Holden Ballinger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mitchell bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Mitchell has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Mitchell there as he acknowledges the shot.
Mitchell punishes Ballinger's body with a nice straight punch.
Mitchell throws a hook but Ballinger blocks it.
Ballinger uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mitchell.
Ballinger doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Ballinger throws out a loose jab but Mitchell uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mitchell now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Ballinger waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Mitchell.
Ballinger tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The fighters circling - Ballinger throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Ballinger throws a sloppy head kick and Mitchell moves out of range easily.

Nice defenses there by Mitchell.
Mitchell is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Ballinger with a body shot.

Mitchell moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

and Mitchell counters with a good low kick that Ballinger was not able to check.

and Mitchell connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Mitchell counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Ballinger throws a right hand that misses
and Ballinger takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ballinger is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mitchell.
Mitchell walks into a straight right hand from Ballinger.
Mitchell connects with a body shot that sends Ballinger's belly button to the back.

and Mitchell connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Mitchell feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Ballingers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Mitchell throws a low kick but Ballinger moves out of range easily.
Ballinger is looking to counter with head kicks.
Ballinger takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Mitchell lands a big right hand that sends Ballinger crashing to the mat! Mitchell stays standing though and waves Ballinger back to his feet!

Oh Ballinger is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mitchell cracks Ballinger with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Ballinger falls to his knees and Mitchell doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tyke Mitchell!
A relieved looking Tyke Mitchell thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Holden Ballinger stepped up to the mic, saying 'You must defeat Sheng Long to stand a chance!'.
