The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Den Bosh takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Van Den Bosh pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kozlov. Van Den Bosh does a little dance to reset his feet.
Van Den Bosh tries for a takedown but Kozlov circles away easily
and Kozlov counters with a nice uppercut.
Bastian Van Den Bosh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Van Den Bosh throws a head kick but Kozlov moves out of range.
Van Den Bosh takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Van Den Bosh doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Van Den Bosh shoots in for a takedown but Kozlov shows good takedown defense.
Kozlov cracks Van Den Bosh with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Van Den Bosh gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Kozlov counters with a huge left! Van Den Bosh is in big trouble! He's backing up but Kozlov isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Van Den Bosh from any more damage. A dominating finish by Kozlov!
