Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Lane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dizzy McNahthins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Sandra Marshall and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lane closes the distance and clinches up with McNahthins, looking for a takedown. Lane pushes McNahthins against the cage but McNahthins circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
McNahthins digs a good hook to Lane's body.
McNahthins lands a two punch combo.
McNahthins scores with a three punch combo!
McNahthins cracks Lane with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Lane takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
McNahthins thows a left - swing and a miss!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Lane forces McNahthins back against the cage and clinches.
Lane keeps the fight in the clinch, despite McNahthins's efforts to push away.
McNahthins tries to break free but Lane pushes him back against the cage.
McNahthins tries to break the clinch but Lane is controlling the position.
McNahthins has had enough of the clinch but Lane keeps him there for the moment.
McNahthins misses with a body punch.
Lane keeps control of McNahthins as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
A frustrated look appears on McNahthins's face as he tries to break the clinch.
McNahthins looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

McNahthins tries to break free but Lane pushes him back against the cage.
Lane drops to a knee looking for a takedown but McNahthins gets the underhooks and prevents it.

McNahthins has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Lane has McNahthins pressed against the cage, preventing McNahthins from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Lane jumps guard but McNahthins turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Lane is rocked!

and McNahthins counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
