Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Emerson Jorge and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okiro tries to clinch but Roads moves out of range.
Roads throws a big shot that misses.
Okiro feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Roadss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Okiro rushes Roads and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Roads looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Okiro struggles to land a body shot inside as Roads controls his hands.
Roads blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Okiro's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Okiro misses with a punch on the inside.
Okiro lands with a right to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Okiro breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Okiro has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Warehouse in the buildup to the fight.
Okiro throws a body kick that misses
enabling Roads to counter with a crisp jab.
Okiro shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Roads eats them both and turns towards Okiro to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Roads scores with a decent looking hook.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Okiro feints a jab promting Roads to slip. Okiro then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Roads slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Okiro dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Okiro's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Okiro duly obliges.
Roads looks to score with a jab to the body but Okiro is just out of range.
Okiro scoring well with a low kick there.
An inside leg kick lands from Okiro.
Okiro uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Roads.
Okiro paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Roads gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Roads misses with a body shot.
Okiro is looking for a counter combo.
Okiro tries to clinch

and Roads counters with a nice right hand that sends Okiro toppling to the canvas! Okiro scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Roads finish him?!

Okiro closes the distance and pushes Roads back into the cage.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Roads tries to circle away but Okiro has him pinned against the cage.

Roads breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Okiro thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Roads if he has to take too many more of those.

Okiro fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Roads, pushing him back against the cage.

Okiro will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Roads up against the cage.
Roads is looking to control Okiro's arms but Okiro gets an underhook and turns him. Now Roads has his back to the cage.

Roads cracks Okiro with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Okiro is rocked!
Roads weaves into range and cracks Okiro right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Okiro goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Roads is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
