The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

enabling Artur to counter with a crisp jab.

Zalac bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Artur felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Zalac swings around for an armbar but Artur sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Zalac's guard.

Artur drops Zalac with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Zalac! Artur dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
