The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beard is looking to clinch but Harrell is avoiding it.
Beard lands a left and a right that send Harrell crashing to the mat, dazed. Beard thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Anibal Harrell has been cut.
Beard dives in and scores a takedown into Harrell's guard.
Harrell is rocked!
Beard must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Beard postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Harrell covers up, he's hurt! Beard keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee...
