Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Muji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Guillermo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guillermo has chosen Fractal - Amor (feat. Syrin) as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guillermo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Guillermo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Muji circles away quickly and effectively.
Muji looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Guillermo rushes Muji and presses him up against the ropes.
Muji goes for a takedown in the clinch but Guillermo prevents it.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Guillermo working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Muji is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Guillermo wants to pass the guard but Muji is keeping the position.

We've been hearing that Muji has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Guillermo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Muji. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That was a close round but I would say that Vincent Muji will probably get the nod.
