Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between John Eugemia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rappy Virtucio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Virtucio has chosen Parkway Drive-dark Days as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Virtucio's coach down at THE GYM (20 Elite coaches on the Island !!!) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Virtucio's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Eugemia has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Virtucio might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Eugemia shoots in and bounces Virtucio off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.

Virtucio throws a hook to the side of Eugemia's head but Eugemia sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Virtucio is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Eugemia had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
