The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sagan thows a leg kick but Pehmytkudos checks it
and Pehmytkudos counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Peter Sagan has been cut.
Sagan misses with the body kick

and Pehmytkudos counters with a shoot takedown. Sagan fights it but they end up in guard.

Pehmytkudos decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
A low kick from Sagan is predictable there
and Pehmytkudos connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Sagan is rocked!
Sagan throws a lazy uppercut
and Pehmytkudos counters with a left to the body.
Sagan will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Pehmytkudos now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
An inside leg kick lands from Sagan.
Sagan misses with a leg kick

and Pehmytkudos counters with a double leg. Sagan bangs his head on the mat and seems to be on queer street here... Pehmytkudos follows up with punches and the ref steps in to end the fight! It was the slam that caused all the problems.
