The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kenobi gets tackled into the cage by Zaromskis. Zaromskis maintains the clinch.

Kenobi gets control of Zaromskis's arms and successfully pulls guard. Kenobi will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Kenobi had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Zaromskis defends it easily.

Zaromskis stands up and waves to Kenobi to follow him.

Zaromskis has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Kenobi seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Zaromskis can turn it around.

Zaromskis is fighting off a takedown attempt but Kenobi is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Zaromskis to the mat. Zaromskis regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Zaromskis pushes Kenobi off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Zaromskis dips a shoulder and cracks Kenobi with a mighty uppercut! Kenobi falls back against the cage and Zaromskis unloads with a barrage of strikes! Kenobi is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Zaromskis screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
