PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack Morris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raven Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morris comes to the cage accompanied by Twiztid - Darkness. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Austin shoots in but no luck this time.
A big left from Austin misses.
Morris throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Morris shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Morris was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Morris wants to control the pace but Austin is squirming around nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Austin tries to hold on but Morris postures up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Morris avoids the attempt from Austin to control.
Austin looks gassed!

Austin is desperately trying to improve his position but Morris has a good base and remains in mount.
Morris tries to control but Austin wriggling away.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Jack Morris just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
A punch lands to the side of Austin 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Austin misses the shot to the body.
Morris keeps the fight on the outside.
A right-left combo lands from Morris.
Austin throws a series of punches but Morris moves out of range.
Austin takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Morris connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Austin to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Morris!
