Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lou Ferrigno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Lou Ferrigno!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Michael Johnstone and Bart Greer.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Ferrigno shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Williams is trying to defend but Ferrigno finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Williams kicks off Ferrigno and gets to his feet.

Williams keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Ferrigno manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Williams on his heels. He'll look to pass Williams's guard now, I'm sure.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The crowd cheers as Williams lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ferrigno doesn't seem phased though.

Ferrigno throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Williams tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ferrigno is in Williams's guard.

Williams is breathing heavily.

Williams gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Williams manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Ferrigno wants a takedown but no success here.
Ferrigno is working for takedown but Williams is calmly controlling the position for now.

Ferrigno has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Williams clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
