Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between El Chihuahua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akua Moliakalaniikeola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Chihuahua might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Never Gonna Give You Up. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chihuahua closes the distance and clinches.
Chihuahua wants to get back to striking at distance but Moliakalaniikeola won't allow it.
Moliakalaniikeola is trying to drag Chihuahua to the mat but Chihuahua just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there.
Chihuahua breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Chihuahua lands a body shot.
Moliakalaniikeola fails with a takedown attempt.
Chihuahua throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Chihuahua stuffs the takedown attempt from Moliakalaniikeola. Moliakalaniikeola gets slowly back to his feet.

Moliakalaniikeola is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Moliakalaniikeola had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Chihuahua is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Moliakalaniikeola Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Chihuahua's back instead.
