Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Brody (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ville Ahokas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ahokas has chosen ELUVEITIE - Inis Mona as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Brody!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ville Ahokas!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Bruno Lombardi and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brody drops his hands momentarily and Ahokas takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Ahokas sizes up Brody with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Brody looks to throw the jab but Ahokas is out of range.
Ahokas fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Ahokas has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Ahokas ducks under a wild hook from Brody.
Ahokas connects with a nice looking jab.

Brody is rocked!
Brody throws a series of punches but Ahokas avoids them all with ease.
A slapping leg kick lands for Ahokas.
Good standup being displayed there by Ahokas as he connects with a hook.
Oh Brody is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brody lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

It looks like Ville Ahokas has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Brody misses with a jab to the body
and Ahokas counters with a stiff right hand.
Brody shoots in looking for a takedown but Ahokas manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Brody's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That kick from Ahokas tenderised Brody's leg. Brody is trying to keep his angry face on.
Brody seems to have got his legs back now.
Brody ducks right into an uppercut from Ahokas.
Ahokas scores with a nice head shot.

Ahokas lands a big right hand that sends Brody crashing to the mat! Ahokas stays standing though and waves Brody back to his feet!
Ahokas throws a leg kick which misses Brody's front leg but catches the back leg as Brody tries to avoid it.
Ahokas avoids the body shot from Brody.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ahokas feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Brody's calf.
Ahokas is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Brody had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Ahokas throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Brody on the side of the head.
Brody looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ahokas has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Brody darts in trying to clinch
and Ahokas counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Brody thinking.
Ahokas turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Brody throws a head kick but Ahokas moves out of range.
Brody throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Ahokas counters with a nice right hand that sends Brody toppling to the canvas! Brody scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Ahokas finish him?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Brody looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ahokas tests Brody's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Brody gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Ahokas gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Brody is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
