Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jonas Kylmakorpi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maximo Olevaro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kylmakorpi tries a head kick but it misses.
Olevaro throws a hook but Kylmakorpi avoids it easily.
Olevaro throws a one two combo.
Olevaro dodges the punch combination from Kylmakorpi.
Olevaro lunges at Kylmakorpi with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kylmakorpi's hand.
Kylmakorpi takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Olevaro lands a right hook to the body.
Olevaro scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Olevaro throws out a loose jab but Kylmakorpi uses good head movement to avoid it.
A quick step to the side and Kylmakorpi tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kylmakorpi dives in for a single leg takedown but Olevaro sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Kylmakorpi darts in looking for a takedown but Olevaro gets double underhooks and turns Kylmakorpi into the cage.
Kylmakorpi moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Good exchange - Olevaro coming out on top.

No joy there for Olevaro, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Kylmakorpi jumps guard and drags Olevaro to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Kylmakorpi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Olevaro defends well.
Kylmakorpi wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Olevaro would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kylmakorpi pulls Olevaro in close to his closed guard and prevents Olevaro from doing any damage or advancing position.

Olevaro has gone for a leg lock! Kylmakorpi slips out almost immediately though and dives into Olevaro's guard.

Olevaro wants to improve his position but instead Kylmakorpi has moved into half guard.

Olevaro is bucking up trying to escape but Kylmakorpi cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Kylmakorpi takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Olevaro really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kylmakorpi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kylmakorpi is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Olevaro can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
