The crowd seem to be enjoying Fedder's choice of entrance music: "Austrian Death Machine- Get To The Choppa". Run Fedder has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jordon Gonzales!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Run Fedder!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Fedder stuffs the takedown.

Fedder tries to pull guard but Gonzales forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Fedder jumps guard but Gonzales turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Jordon Gonzales has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Run Fedder.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Jordon Gonzales.
Gonzales fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fedder avoids it really well and circles away.

Fedder clinches up with Gonzales and pushes him back against the cage.

Fedder jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Gonzales walks away with a smile on his face. Fedder gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Gonzales tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Fedder defends well and Gonzales ends up having to push Fedder into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Gonzales shoots in and drives through. Fedder sprawls well.

Gonzales shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Gonzales showed some decent athleticism there.

Gonzales is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Fedder has managed to free his arm - good work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Fedder manages to get to full guard.

Gonzales gets to his feet - Fedder follows without any prompting.
Gonzales could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Gonzales is breathing heavily.
Fedder looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Gonzales changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Fedder stuffs the takedown attempt from Gonzales. Gonzales gets slowly back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


No luck for Gonzales with that takedown attempt.
And Fedder tries to counter it with a takedown but Gonzales pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Gonzales shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fedder as he avoids it easily.
Fedder leaves Gonzales with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Gonzales sets himself, and Fedder steps forward looking for the clinch! Gonzales avoids it this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jordon Gonzales. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Gonzales tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fedder swivels and escapes.
Fedder tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Gonzales shoots in for a takedown but Fedder shows good takedown defense.
Fedder tries to counter with a clinch but Gonzales shakes him off and moves away.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Gonzales shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fedder but Fedder pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Fedder moves into the clinch.
Gonzales is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Gonzales pushes Fedder back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee calls for Gonzales to work.

Fedder ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Fedder no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Gonzales has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Fedder pulls Gonzales in to control the position.

Fedder has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gonzales can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Gonzales wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Fedder's closed guard. He's half up but Fedder has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Fedder pivots and extends the arm, Gonzales falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Fedder! Well done that man!

Run Fedder decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
