And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pogu tries to clinch but Takawa moves out of range.
Pogu is looking to clinch.
Pogu doesn't manage to clinch there - Takawa circles away.
Pogu closes the distance and clinches up with Takawa, looking for a takedown. Pogu pushes Takawa against the cage but Takawa circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Takawa has a takedown stuffed.

Pogu decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Takawa regains full guard. Nicely done.
Pogu has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Takawa is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Takawa is looking for a kimura but Pogu is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Takawa to get the leverage.

Takawa is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Takawa has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Pogu defend it? Takawa steps over the head and cranks it - Pogu is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Takawa!
