Knight comes to the cage accompanied by You Know It. Walker has chosen Another One Bites the Dust as his entrance music. John Walker is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ellis Knight!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, John Walker!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Phil Schofield and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knight lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Walker circles away quickly and effectively.

Knight closes the distance and clinches.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Walker tries to throw a body punch but Knight avoids it by throwing Walker back against the cage.
Walker is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Knight tries to work over Walker's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Walker misses with a hook from the clinch.
Knight lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Knight drives through and clinches with Walker against the cage.

Knight tries to throw a body punch but Walker avoids it by throwing Knight back against the cage.

Knight can't find room to land a body shot as Walker controls the action.

Walker breaks from the clinch.
Knight fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Walker looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Walker lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Knight looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Walker scores with a leg kick.
Knight tries to clinch up but Walker circles away and keeps his distance.
Knight walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Knight rushes Walker and presses him up against the cage.

Walker goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Knight tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Walker's elbow.
Knight tries to work over Walker's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Knight lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Walker or not.

Walker takes a shot to the head.

Walker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Walker lands with a shot to the body.

and Walker counters with a low kick, right behind Knight 's knee.

Knight drives through and clinches with Walker against the cage.

Knight misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Knight tries a body shot but Walker blocks it.

Walker breaks the clinch.

Knight clinches with his opponent.
Knight goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Walker manages to break the clinch.
Walker misses the shot to the body.

Knight takes the fight into the clinch.
Walker tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Knight's elbow.

Walker misses with a hook to the ribs.
Knight controlling the action here for a moment.
Walker makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Still in the clinch, Walker scores with a nice short uppercut.

Walker manages to break the clinch.

A head kick by Walker misses
letting Knight counter with a right hand.

Walker swats away the attempt to clinch by Knight.
Walker displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Knight throws out the jab.
Walker connects with a leg kick. Knight looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Walker fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Knight.
Walker throws a body shot but no joy.
Walker misses with a kick to the body
and Knight connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Knight takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Ellis Knight will probably get the nod.
That's time! Back to the action!


Knight takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Walker throws a sloppy head kick
and Knight counters with a nice uppercut.
Knight misses with a double jab.
Walker misses with a head kick.
Knight stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Walker with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Walker throws a lazy right hand but Knight sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Knight cracks Walker with a right hand to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Knight dances in with a quick combination. Walker is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Knight snaps Walker's head back. Walker stumbles backwards against the cage. Knight steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Walker's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Walker just didn't come prepared.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ellis Knight!
A very excited looking Ellis Knight made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
