Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bertram Harvey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Konrad Poncyliusz!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Poncyliusz drives through with a takedown into guard.
Harvey tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Harvey really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Poncyliusz's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Harvey is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Harvey keeping moving, preventing Poncyliusz from controlling successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Harvey being controlled here, momentarily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Poncyliusz trying to stand up but can't free himself from Harvey's guard.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Harvey closes the distance and clinches up with Poncyliusz, looking for a takedown. Harvey pushes Poncyliusz against the cage but Poncyliusz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Poncyliusz is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Poncyliusz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Harvey throws a body punch but Poncyliusz moves out of range.

Poncyliusz decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Poncyliusz seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Harvey does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Poncyliusz wants to take a breather but Harvey is having none of it.

Poncyliusz takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Poncyliusz looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Harvey is refusing to be controlled, as Poncyliusz sits in half guard.
Harvey works his way to full guard. Good work.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Poncyliusz shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Poncyliusz was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Poncyliusz is looking to take a break and control but Harvey is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Harvey is looking for a sweep.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Poncyliusz wants to stand but Harvey is controlling his arm.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Harvey parries the strikes from Poncyliusz easily there. Poncyliusz is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Harvey to escape.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Harvey gets caught napping as Poncyliusz dives in and scores a takedown. Harvey manages to retain guard.
Harvey is trying to hold Poncyliusz in close to prevent damage but Poncyliusz has managed to pass into half guard.
Harvey keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Harvey is breathing heavily.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Poncyliusz wants to lay and pray for a moment but Harvey keeps working.

Poncyliusz is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Harvey's half guard.

Poncyliusz has gone for a leg lock! Harvey slips out almost immediately though and dives into Poncyliusz's guard.

Harvey misses with a body shot.
Harvey tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Poncyliusz was well out of range. Poor timing from Harvey.

Poncyliusz gets a clinch.

Poncyliusz pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Poncyliusz clinches.
Harvey tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Poncyliusz smiles and moves away.

Poncyliusz bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Poncyliusz wants to stand but Harvey is controlling his arm.

Poncyliusz tries to advance to mount but can't.
Poncyliusz is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Harvey's shoulder. That is not cool.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The ground and pound from Poncyliusz seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Poncyliusz throwing strikes here but Harvey is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Harvey gets back to half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Poncyliusz looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!



Poncyliusz feints and as Harvey raises his hands in defense, Poncyliusz changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Harvey looking to hit a scissor sweep but Poncyliusz is one step ahead there.
Harvey wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Poncyliusz goes for an armbar but Harvey turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Harvey.
Poncyliusz takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Poncyliusz is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Harvey misses with a two punch combination.
Poncyliusz misses with a straight right.
Poncyliusz lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Harvey circles away quickly and effectively.
Harvey seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Harvey gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Poncyliusz engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Harvey controls Poncyliusz momentarily but Poncyliusz frees himself.

Harvey wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Poncyliusz wants to control from the top but Harvey keeps moving.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Konrad Poncyliusz comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Poncyliusz winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
