Strauss takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Ginaldo Madrigal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Madrigal keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

It looks like Samuel Strauss has been cut.
Madrigal swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Strauss counters with a nice double leg into side control. Madrigal won't be happy with that.

Madrigal throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Strauss shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Madrigal shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Strauss is trying to defend but Madrigal finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Strauss is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Madrigal's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Madrigal's back!

Strauss really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Strauss just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

Strauss is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Madrigal knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Madrigal for a finish.

Strauss has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Madrigal is defending well but eventually Strauss manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Madrigal has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
