Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pollyanne Rothchild (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gina Carera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rothchild comes to the cage accompanied by I Will Survive. Gina Carera will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Carera turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Rothchild is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Carera breaks Rothchild's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Pollyanne Rothchild.
