Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bo Cheng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommie Devito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cheng kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Chong - Ding dong kong. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tommie Devito!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Devito shoots in looking for a takedown. Cheng tries to sprawl out of it but Devito keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Cheng manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Devito misses with a wild body shot.
We've been told by Cheng's head coaches at Team Migraine that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Cheng chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Devito fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Cheng went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Devito gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Cheng counters with a big head kick but Devito shrugs it off.
Bo Cheng has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommie Devito.
Cheng throws a good cross that connects.
Cheng wants to clinch up but Devito keeps it at a distance.

Devito throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Cheng stuffs the takedown.
Cheng appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Cheng ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Cheng feints and then cracks Devito's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Devito down.

and Cheng counters with a low kick, right behind Devito 's knee.

Bo Cheng seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Cheng counters with a crisp one two that drops Devito! Cheng thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Devito to his feet! Devito is in big trouble!

and Cheng counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Devito will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Devito on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Cheng. Cheng obviously looking to wear him down.
Cheng lands a leg kick that knocks Devito off balance momentarily.

Devito looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cheng is fending him off so far but Devito persists. Nope, Cheng circles away and we're back to standing.
Cheng lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Cheng swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Devito.
Bo Cheng is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Cheng lands a big head kick that sends Devito tumbling to the mat! Cheng takes a step backwards and waves Devito back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Cheng doesn't manage to clinch there - Devito circles away.
Cheng fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Devito fails to land the takedown.
Devito shoots in for a takedown but Cheng shows good takedown defense.
Cheng connects with a leg kick. Devito looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Devito takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Devito needs to keep his hands up - Cheng had a free shot at his head there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Cheng lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Devito backwards.

Cheng pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A jab from Cheng finds it's way through Devito's defenses.

Cheng keeps the fight on the outside.
A chopping leg kick lands by Cheng.
Cheng tests Devito's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Cheng scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Cheng scores with a head kick. Devito tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cheng tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Devito paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Devito tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Cheng defends well and Devito ends up having to push Cheng into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Cheng swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Bo Cheng has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommie Devito.

Cheng has closed the distance and engaged Devito in a clinch.
Devito drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Cheng gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Devito tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Cheng scores with a nice hook to the head.
Devito prevents a body shot from Cheng.

Cheng drops Devito onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Devito is propped up by the ropes and works his way back to his feet!

Devito darts in looking for a takedown but Cheng gets double underhooks and turns Devito into the ropes.

Devito is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Cheng Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Devito is out cold, face down on the mat!
