The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coldchain throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around One's waist but One gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Coldchain off to one side.
Coldchain looks to land a body kick but One moved away.
Coldchain tries to clinch but One is having none of it.

One tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Coldchain dodges the punch combination from One.
Coldchain went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Coldchain throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. One was covering up waiting for the punch and Coldchain finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Coldchain makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Coldchain's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
One trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Coldchain postures up in One's guard and throws a big left but One blocks it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Coldchain is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Coldchain accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Coldchain could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

One looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
