The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snow throws a head kick that misses

so Martinez counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Snow manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Snow defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Martinez.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Snow shoots for a takedown but Martinez saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Martinez shoots in for a double leg but Snow sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Snow let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Martinez tries to counter with a takedown but Snow is quick to defend against it.

Alex Snow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Snow keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Martinez tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Snow swivels and escapes.
Snow shoots for a takedown but Martinez saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Martinez punishes Snow's body with a nice straight punch.
Snow throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Martinez's waist but Martinez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Snow off to one side.
Snow darts in looking for a takedown but Martinez gets double underhooks and turns Snow into the cage.
A quick step to the side and Martinez tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Martinez fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Snow gets caught flat footed, as Martinez shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Snow utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Martinez distracts Snow with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Snow has his feet on Martinez's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Martinez stuffs the takedown attempt from Snow. Snow gets slowly back to his feet.
It looked like Martinez wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
