The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vega with a poor takedown
and Grecko counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Grecko.
Grecko working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Vega's head.
Grecko stands up over Vega, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Grecko throws a big elbow that misses.
Grecko should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Vega is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Vega is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Grecko is aware though and is defending well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Grecko stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vega swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Grecko really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vega. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Grecko arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Vega's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
