These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Sferntwist coming out on top.
Sferntwist misses with a lunging right hand
and Baker counters with a series of strikes. Sferntwist will be more careful next time no doubt.
Sferntwist throws a front kick that sends Baker stumbling back into the cage.
Baker fails with a takedown attempt.
Sferntwist rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Baker moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Baker takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Baker doesn't manage to clinch there - Sferntwist circles away.
Sferntwist stuns Baker with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Baker shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sferntwist pinned against the cage. Sferntwist gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Baker dodges the punch combination from Sferntwist.
Dexter Sferntwist is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sferntwist drops Baker with a beautiful combination! Baker stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Sferntwist is looking for the KO!
Baker is rocked!
It looks like Rico Baker has been cut.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Sferntwist engages and cracks Baker with a massive lead left hook - Baker tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Sferntwist is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
