The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lisner shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in White's guard.

Lisner thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Lisner is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so White is just riding it out for now. Lisner eventually gives up the hold.

White could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Lisner is looking for a kimura but White is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lisner to get the leverage.

Lisner has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can White defend it? Lisner steps over the head and cranks it - White is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Lisner!
