Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Richard Fitswell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aurelian Cernea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aurelian Cernea!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Steve Montenegro and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cernea takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Fitswell changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Cernea gets a clinch.
A shot in the inside from Cernea.
Fitswell misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Cernea breaks the clinch.
Cernea closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fitswell circles away.
Fitswell stuffs the takedown attempt from Cernea. Cernea gets slowly back to his feet.
Fitswell throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Cernea stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Cernea moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Fitswell connects with a body shot.
Cernea takes one on the chin but seems OK.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cernea keeps the fight on the outside.
Cernea moves into the clinch.
Fitswell tries a body shot but Cernea blocks it.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Fitswell.
Fitswell tries to work over Cernea's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Cernea jumps guard and drags Fitswell to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cernea looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Cernea is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Cernea bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Fitswell's guard.

Cernea winds up and cracks Fitswell with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
It looks like Richard Fitswell has been cut.

Fitswell knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cernea on the ground.

Cernea looks to land a body kick but Fitswell moved away.
Cernea ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Cernea has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Cernea has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Fitswell off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cernea uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Fitswell.

Richard Fitswell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aurelian Cernea.

Cernea ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Cernea no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Cernea has his foot on Fitswell's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Fitswell works his way back into a safe position though.
Aurelian Cernea has got the better of the ground game so far.

Cernea working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fitswell doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Fitswell manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Cernea holds on and takes a little breather.
Cernea lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Cernea not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Fitswell has momentary wrist control but Cernea slips an elbow through the middle.
Cernea is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Fitswell is in trouble now - Cernea has advanced to mount!

Cernea looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Aurelian Cernea showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Cernea shoots in looking for a takedown. Fitswell tries to sprawl out of it but Cernea keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fitswell manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Fitswell throws a low kick but Cernea moves out of range easily.

Fitswell is pressed up against the cage. Cernea has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Fitswell down to the mat. Fitswell avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Cernea fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Aurelian Cernea is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Fitswell lands a right hook to the body.
And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Aurelian Cernea.
I've got Cernea winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
