Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dean Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brayden Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barnes has chosen Lisztomania as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be fireworks!

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnes darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Barnes throws a lazy right hand but Diaz sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Diaz closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Barnes did well to prevent Diaz getting side control.
Barnes blocking the ground and pound attempt from Diaz.
Barnes is looking for a sweep. Diaz is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Barnes has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Diaz. Oh but Barnes has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Diaz goes limp - he's gone! Barnes jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

A relieved looking Brayden Barnes thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
