Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jendri Pitoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donny Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pitoy comes into the arena with Ed Sheeran - Dont blaring out of the sound system. Davis comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Monkey Junction kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Donny Davis has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Davis rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pitoy moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Pitoy throws a series of punches but Davis avoids them all with ease.
Pitoy instigates a clinch.
Pitoy lands a nice elbow.
It looks like Donny Davis has been cut.
Pitoy throws an elbow that misses.
Davis breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pitoy tries to clinch up.
Pitoy fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Davis, pushing him back against the cage.
Davis managing to block the knees to the body from Pitoy.
Davis escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Davis feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pitoys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Pitoy looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Davis lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Davis throws a series of punches but Pitoy moves out of range.
Davis buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Donny Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Davis tries to work over Pitoy's front leg with a kick but Pitoy checks it.
Pitoy swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Davis throws a hook but Pitoy blocks it.
Davis tried to score with a low kick but Pitoy checks it.
Pitoy throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Davis stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pitoy drops his hands momentarily and Davis takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Davis has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Pitoy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Davis manages to avoid it.

Pitoy uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Davis has time to react.
Davis fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pitoy avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Pitoy lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Davis turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Davis misses with a looping left.
Pitoy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Davis throws a right and a left that both miss.

Pitoy went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Davis misses with a series of wild punches.
Davis swings for the body but Pitoy moves out of range.

Davis avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Davis connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Pitoy uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Davis.
Pitoy throws a right and a left that Davis avoids nicely.
Davis shapes to counter with a head kick.
Pitoy takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Davis throws a nice looking combination but Pitoy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Davis displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pitoy throws out the jab.

Pitoy takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Davis is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Pitoy had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Pitoy is trying to break the clinch but Davis has him pressed against the cage.
Davis escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Davis throws a hook to the side of Pitoy's head but Pitoy sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Pitoy ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Pitoy pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Davis back to the cage. Pitoy follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looked like Pitoy was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Pitoy needs to keep his hands up - Davis had a free shot at his head there.

Jendri Pitoy's cut is getting worse.
Davis fakes the body blow, causing Pitoy to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Pitoy goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
