These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Takasugi dives in for a single leg takedown but Mudgett sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Mudgett throws a nice looking combination but Takasugi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Takasugi wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Mudgett fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Takasugi is out of range.
