Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charles Menezes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Porcelain Punisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Menezes comes into the arena with Charlinho, o menino que só queria estudar - Hermes & Renato blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Porcelain Punisher leaves Menezes with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Menezes shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Menezes takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Menezes tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Porcelain Punisher throws out a counter right but Menezes avoids it with no problem.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Charles Menezes. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Horrible takedown attempt by Menezes or perhaps it was just good defense by Porcelain Punisher, which made it look bad.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Porcelain Punisher! But no joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Porcelain Punisher cracks Menezes with a hook to the temple - Menezes is on wobbly legs here! Porcelain Punisher swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Menezes falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Porcelain Punisher wins by TKO!
